Using the store

By placing an order, you confirm your delivery and contact details are accurate and that you’re authorised to use the selected payment method.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable product taxes unless noted otherwise. We do our best to keep product details and stock current. If something changes after an order, we’ll contact you before taking further action.

Orders and payments

An order confirmation means we received your request. A paid order is confirmed when payment is authorised. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed when placed and may be verified before dispatch.

Returns and responsibility

Returns and exchanges follow the returns policy. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
