Shipping & delivery
We pack each order with care and get it on its way as soon as we can.
When will it arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on where you are in India. Personalised and made-to-order pieces may need a little extra time; the product page will say so.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is ₹99. We’ll cover delivery on orders above ₹1,999. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Track your parcel
Once your order is on its way, use Track an order with your order number and checkout mobile number. If your order hasn’t moved for a few days, write to hello@saanjhandco.in.
Something not quite right?
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, let us know within 48 hours with a photo of the package and we’ll help sort it out.
