Privacy, plainly.
We collect what we need to run the store and look after your order. We don’t sell your personal data.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and order information. If you create an account, we store your phone number and saved details. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and aren’t stored by us.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, answer support requests, prevent fraud and, if you opt in, send store updates. We share only what’s needed with delivery, payment and service providers who help us run the store.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete account data by emailing hello@saanjhandco.in. We may retain some order and tax records where the law requires.
Cookies
We use essential storage for your shopping bag and preferences. Analytics and advertising tools may be added later; we’ll ask for consent where required before enabling non-essential cookies.
