Clothing
Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and has its original tags and packaging. Sale and made-to-order items may be final sale; the product page will tell you.
Personalised gifts
Because they’re made just for you, personalised gifts can’t be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to ask
Write to hello@saanjhandco.in with your order number, the item and what you’d like us to help with. We’ll reply with the next step. Return shipping for a change of mind may be the customer’s responsibility; we cover it when we’ve made a mistake.
Refunds
Once an approved return reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are arranged by bank transfer after we confirm the account details with you.
